Hello, my name is Joshua, and I want to tell you about how much fun I had walking to the Ketef Hinnom burial sites. It was awesome exploring places that felt untouched, and I even got to show my dad and my sister the Menachem Begin Heritage Center, the place I visited on my field trip last year.
We learned that the Ketef Hinnom tombs held an ancient blessing scroll, the Aaronic Blessing. It goes like this:
“May the Lord bless you and keep you, may the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you, may the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.”
